UNO Hockey senior forward Ryan Galt has been selected as a nominee for the 2019 Hockey Humanitarian Award.

The Omaha-native is one of 17 nominees from the world of collegiate hockey nominated for the award. The award is presented annually to “college hockey’s finest citizen — a student-athlete who makes significant contributions not only to his or her team but also to the community-at-large through leadership and volunteerism.”
