The Omaha Maverick Hockey team held a press conference for local media on Dec. 4, 2024. Omaha Head Coach Mike Gabinet and junior forward Cam Mitchell fielded a variety of questions during the press conference including the team’s recent series against Miami (OH), Omaha’s upcoming series versus St. Cloud State at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center in St. Cloud, how the coaches select players for the lineup, player resilience, and team injuries.
