The Omaha Maverick Hockey team held a preseason press conference for local media on Oct. 2, 2024... and MavPuck.com was there. Omaha Head Coach Mike Gabinet and senior defenseman/captain Nolan Krenzen fielded a variety of questions during the press conference including a look at the Mavericks going into the season, a look at the upcoming exhibition against Wisconsin at Baxter Arena, team leadership, and the importance of fundraising for the hockey program.
