What did I just see? And why?

Editing 16 goals. I have no idea what that is like, Jon.

Which face is more constipated? Jason’s or his emoji?

Grant Cruickshank: I asked Johnny (@FIGHT_THE_PANTS) if he was the fastest skater on the team. He’s not, and that has to be embarrassing – he’s Bonnie Blair’s son!

Let’s just move on to Saturday. Friday was just a rough night. A couple calls went against us (I haven’t looked to confirm. I will.), and a couple of really nice plays by the Huskies. Can’t win them all.

Ahh… routine! Yes. Common start times for all home games! Don’t take the home team out of their pregame rituals.

Bremer’s goal. As noted on Twitter: I made the bold move of telling Bremer to shoot as he got the puck. It worked.

Has anyone else noticed how fast the boards behind the shoot-twice goal have played this year? Western Michigan struggled with it. We beat Basse on it. I think we got Miami on it, too. Feels like the boards play like Joe Louis Arena. The Red Wings used to run set plays on shooting wide.

Jon, can you give your camera to SideArm/ Your quality is way better.

We should’ve gotten two goals on Pivonka’s.

I’m seeing something in tape on Castor. He’s beatable over the glove shoulder.

Nice shot of the “better goalie!”

Most seasons I’d be concerned about an injury. But this team is interchangeable parts. And I believe we played well without Mueller before.

Latkoczy starting on Saturday is a sign he’s the guy for the rest of the season. Kucharski might play Saturday at REA to rest/protect Simon. But it’s 30’s show once we get to the playoffs.

Having a legitimate goaltending coach has been a benefit.

One win at Grand Forks secures second place. Hush, Jason… if you love Denver so much, go back. Oh wait… NOBODY LIKES DENVER.

What? Games aren’t played on paper?

Player of the Week: Bremer. Kid just takes a beating. He’s missed some time with health and lack of offense. He was a factor all weekend.

I still like where Mancini shows up offensively. Proctor pokes his nose in, too. Guevin has caught up with Lemay in development.

There you go, Jason. Look at Guevin’s work against McKown (CC) and Savage (Miami), too.

    Quebecois, Jon.

Didn’t the Tuba Parade used to be before the 3rd period?

Edit this out, Jon. Or *buzz* [echovoice] THINGS JON MISSED AT BAXTER ARENA…ENA…ENA! [/echovoice]

I haven’t been able to bring myself to watch the PJ Memorial.

These seniors… think of where we were when they all got here. Look at us now.

Wouldn’t mind Proctor, Sullivan, and Randl returning. I think there is a chance for all three.

I should fast forward. Who goes to hockey games (or other sporting events) for cuisine? Get me $1 hot dogs and $1 sodas… and $5 beers.

On the road at Grand Forks. Zero points coming home. Just hope we come back in one piece. It will be an ugly series. I’m banking on a lot of fights. Hopefully Tychonick keeps his head, doesn’t get suspended for the playoffs.

    Oh, you want positive reinforcement?

    Go Mavs!
