Figured someone here would know.
No more physical tickets, no more payment plan, just not the same as it was... 3 years ago.
I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed.
I *think* there was a payment plan when ticket renewals came out last spring... I'll double check and see if I can find out. The lack of paper tickets is an interesting move — especially considering the fact that rumor had it that paper tickets were going to make a return last season (prior to the pandemic). I liked the "credit card" ticket offered in the past, and would like to have an option to pay more for something like that (mainly as a keepsake from each season).
Here is a video we made today addressing some of the particulars for season tickets this season:
Neat... wowee, thanks, Jon.
Jon,
We tried sending tickets to our recently moved here friends and although they got the email with a link it said that they needed an existing ticketmaster account to open/use them.
We've transferred tickets before via email, but it's been awhile. I can't recall if this was something you had to do before or not (but I believe it was). It's probably good practice to have you create a basic TicketMaster account to access the tickets via the web (as opposed to them being available on a public-facing page).
