The fourth season debut of the “Mavpuckcast” is here!
Hello! You’re back, I’m back!
10 straight at home to open – reminds me of last year with the pod at “home”… and didn’t we also play another season with all of our non-conference games at home? Maybe the second year at Baxter.
Maybe Omaha should do what Husker football does – stay in a hotel for home games. Might improve bonding.
Did I just hear Bridget in the background? What doesn’t she understand?
One December home series… that will have a negative impact on Toys for Tots.
We played St. Lawrence in Denver one year.
No. No excuse for Jason.
Jason is going to be embarrassed when he realizes the St. Lawrence game was at Magness.
Interesting take on Western-Omaha being only at Lawson. That does tip the balance in favor of the Broncos. But we know how to beat them – just got to get in Bussi’s face.
BUS TRIP TO DULUTH, NEXT YEAR, BRIDGET!!!!!
Jon, why do you want to destroy tradition? Getting your STH Playoff credit back is a grand tradition.
What about the 3rd Inaugural MavPuck Mini Golf Invitational?
Jason is quite optimistic on Omaha having a clue what they’re doing in terms of Game Day. That’s another fine tradition we have.
I hear Quinn’s eyes rolling and things being broken at his place.
Liked the WCHA rule where you only shook hands after the series, not every game.
Faceoffs… go back to natural flow. Why make it a strategic decision?
Valid shootout rule. Puck must be kept moving towards the net.
I’m plugging my ears for the Buck-Belck scandal. Ragamuffin. Oh, gawd… ‘Heavy D’.
I don’t remember David Miller. Herbster was the AD who left for Upper Iowa.
Would not be opposed to Kemp getting the full-time gig. I’m not expecting much, right now – he’s in a caretaker role. But I’d like to see the next AD change a few things – like getting back to the brand.
Was? Still is. Those people still hate Trev.
I like the culture for Men’s Soccer, Men’s Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball. I’d really like to see Women’s Soccer, Women’s Basketball, and Softball catch up. But I think that is more a conversation about depth of talent pool in women’s sports. That said… Baseball and Men’s Basketball need to be more consistent in their success.
Go Crazy, Jason. And Go Mavs.
Note: Herbster left for South Dakota (and is still there). Miller left for Upper Iowa (followed by a brief return to the Air Force Academy and a very brief stint at Iowa Western last year).
My mistake. I'm wrong.
I honestly don't remember Miller.
