Oh my god... Saville. Face offs. Feet moving, compete, penalty kill.

It wasn’t a fluke win, but a lot of the game was played at the UNO end. UNO did dominate the face-offs, played good defense on penalty kills, and took advantage of the the scoring opportunities that they had.  Much better than the night before and the previous 6 years against this team.  Good win for this weekend and along with the wins over CC last week good start over-all for the second half of the season.

While I agree about the “where”, the “what” looked a lot better. And may I reinforce Saville one more time?

Now... what do we have left for North Dakota?

CC is back on COVID Protocol. 6 against UND is the tale of 20-21.

First off: it was awesome to be at baxter again to watch some hockey.  I have tickets to every remaining home game.   even though I had to wear that stupid mask it was a blast.  (which I promptly removed often!)

DU dominated for long stretches but failed to execute.  (which has been a problem for them this year)  I'm very happy with the W and that we finally beat them but a big task is coming with UND on deck -- love to see the shots on goal total go down a little bit.  UNO has been giving up a ton.

Penalty kill continues to be off the charts fantastic.

I'm excited for the upcoming weekend that's for sure.
