    Who’s gonna miss?

    sweep, split or disappointment?

Maybe we'll get "lucky" and Kothenbuetel is one of the sick players. (Lucky, only in that he hasn't played all season.)

I would guess we're going to be missing a Top 6 forward, or it likely wouldn't have been mentioned. We'll know once the lines drop for tonight.

Welp due to CC's continued issues with the rona looks like the Mavs get Denver in the NCHC tournament.

I think that's a terrible match up for UNO.  I would much rather have faced western (caveat I did not see western in person but they are big and slow)

The DU team I saw mostly carried play against the mavs but just couldn't capitalize on their chances.  hate to say this but I think UNO looses to DU Im gonna say 3-1

at least UNO finally made the frozen faceoff....

I will be back at the best western in st paul next year to watch the real thing in person.  looking forward to next year and hanging out with some of the mav fans in st. paul

Even in the time of the Covid Pandemic some things never change: another first round exit come NCHC playoff time.

Hats off to DU for gutting it out with a somewhat depleted lineup.

UNO is trending in the right direction though.  nice top 4 finish this year.  I fully expect to watch this team in saint paul next year.

It's a good thing we still have some of those blais recruits to help with winning games! (Just poking fun of those in the twitter landscape that have undying vitriol for blais and drink from the holy water from the church of gabs) -- his name is gabinet for goodness sakes.

saw david carle had some rather pointed comments about his team being more qualified than omaha to make the tourney.  I really miss the pairwise this year (we need it back in the worst way), and after the women's tournament selections I have a feeling next week will be very interesting.

I could see either du or omaha grabbing a spot.  to be honest I think I would slightly lean toward DU but it's very close.

the committee may just throw us a giant curve and pick a team from hockey east but I have absolutely no idea.

All in all a very nice top four finish for UNO  -- a team that is trending upward.  will be interesting to see what the roster looks like next year.

Looking forward to a full baxter arena and some out of conference games next year!

Same old... yes positive trajectory but the penalties continue to dictate results. I think a statement needs to be made and I know just the one to make it.
